You know we are supposed to see how a president handles their first 100 days in office,,,,give the benefit of the doubt just to see what they are made of,,,,in hussein's first week he accomplished this:

    Great first week!
"...Obama's approval rating plunges 15 points from the stratospheric 83% to 68% after the first week in office according to recent Gallup Polls..." (CNN)

    - First day in office, Obama scowls and reprimands his VP (Biden) in front of cameras over a little joke about swearing in a second time... (Way to undress your running mate and now second in command on day one!)

    - Already preparing a nation for broken promises. Quoted saying "I want to be realistic here -- not everything that we talked about during the campaign are we going to be able to do on the pace that we had hoped." Ummm, why weren't you realistic while you were making promises in order to get elected? It was only four months ago when you promised this....was it that different then?

    - Obama vowed to immediately start clearing out troops from Iraq (I suppose that was a campaign promise, so no surprise there...)

    - Obama, on Thursday, issued an order to shut down Guantanamo Bay without any plan in place to move al-Qaida prisoners or a legal plan for doing so.

    - Within in 72 hours of office, he's failed to initiate tax cuts for 95% of working Americans as promised during his campaign only 3 months ago.

    - After bashing Bush for our Trillion dollar deficit created over 8-full years, he's managed to Initiate a bill to double that amount in 1 week. (i.e. "stimulus plan")

    - Obama creates ugly scene in the press room because he didn't like the question asked by a reporter. (After being asked about placing a ban on lobbyists in his administration... [with irritation in his voice]) He said; "..See this is what happens? I can't end up visiting with you guys and shaking hands if I'm going to get grilled every tim! e I come down here."

(HELLO!!!!! That is what the press does at press conferences, they grill you Mr. Prez...lighten up, you're the "leader of the free world" - Get used to it! LOL

    - President Barack Obama on Friday struck down the Bush administration's ban on giving federal money to perform abortions abroad... It's only money!

    - Obama vows to push the "Anti-hate Crimes" bill previously vetoed by Bush. (Of course Bush wanted such a bill, but there was provisions in the old one making it possible for our pastors to be arrested for preaching that homosexuality is a sin.

    - Obama ordered the closure of any remaining secret CIA "black site" prisons abroad and barred CIA interrogators from using harsh techniques already banned for military questioners.

    - Obama lifted a ban on federal funding for stem cell research... (Here comes cloning and more killing of human life for the sake of science....) Use the seniors ... their lives means nothing anymore.

    - And on the fifth day, from the Honorable Patrick Fitzgerald office, subpoenas were served to nearly all of Obama's senior staff - that didn't take long...

    - Quote. "...Finally, Obama made his first really dumb political move when he picked a fight with Rush Limbaugh, telling GOP senators that they shouldn't listen to the talk show host and to get on board with his stimulus package. (Quote: "...Obama broke the first rule of political gunslinging: never pick a fight with someone who buys ink by the barrel -- or in the case of Rush Limbaugh, someone with 23 million daily listeners and 3 hours every day with which to make you look like an idiot...")

After this he: has a Treasury Secretary who is a tax CHEAT,,,nominated a man for HHS who was a tax cheat, et. al

Has the stock market scared of its own shadow,,,,

Complained how the debt had been increased over $1 Trillion,,,,yet he is going to do in the signing of his signature,,,,

Lied to us by saying that saying that there is no pet projects and it is "stimulis"

Tells us that the president of Caterpillar told him that "if the stimulus package was passed, he could rehire some of the workers they had to lay off",,,,when the president of Caterpillar was questioned, he denied that and told him EXACTLY what he told hussein, yet this is not what our "president" tells us,,,,

hussein hints that this and "subsequent stimulus packages" will get our economy going,,,,JUST HOW MUCH FRICKIN' DEBT DOES HE THINK MY KIDS AND GRANDKIDS CAN PAY??????????

Tom Vogt (AJ100) got a bunch of crap from some about picturing the flag upside down, as a sign of a country in distress,,,,he may have been premature, but with the events of the last couple days,,,,he may have been a visionary.

Now many of my conservative brethren may blame the young, the black, the uninformed, liberals, etc.,,,,and 99.99% of the blame for this spending bill will be on the dems,,,,we can't forget specter, collins and snow,,,,it also comes on OUR back,,,,not those of us that voted for Sarah,,,,but those who whined, stamped their feet and acted like little SPOILED brats and stayed at home, kept their money and support away from the Republican party (presidential and congress),,,,WE also have to accept some of the BLAME when our country, as we have known it, ceases to exist,,,,IF we still have a semblence of this GREAT NATION after 4 years, we will be LUCKY!!!!!

Ladies and gentlemen,,,,we MUST start thinking about 2012,,,,no it is not too early,,,,if we don't we will be in distress, from then on. If we sit idly by and let ACORN continue to promote voter fraud (supposedly they are getting $2B in the spending bill,,,,we will lose again. IN 2012 SUPPORT _TRUE_ REPUBLICANS WITH YOUR MONEY, TIME AND ENERGY,,,,THERE ARE STILL MORE OF US RIGHT NOW, BUT WE HAVE GOTTEN LAZY!!!!!

    God Save America!!!!!!!!!!!!

The republicans no longer, for any practical purpose, exist so going there isn't going to solve any problems. The democrats are in full charge on their agenda with little to stop them so they too will soon be revealed as the traitors and losers they are. Looking to either the republicans or democrats is a waste of time. They have both failed us utterly. I believe we are watching a major change in the way politics works in America. Perhaps we are approaching the place where new political entities with new platforms and new players is about to arise.

There is one thing good coming from this disaster. The conservative Republicans are reemerging. The RINO'S of the Northeast have been unmasked for the worthless traitors they are. We were told we had to become more like Democrats to win more elections in the Northeast. What would that have gained? We would have had more traitors siding with liberal Democrats. Better to write off the Northeast with California. They are hopeless.

The average street turkey thinks things are just Jim Dandy peachy keen.

It will be too late when the truth is realized. When his mother won't get the treatment needed to keep her alive, thanks to the medical BS they snuck into the "stimulus" (I hate that word, it means LIE) package, and when his house is foreclosed because his job is gone, he is stuck in an ARM, and refi is not an option because no money is available.

By that time the "Internal Security Force" will be prowling the streets looking for malcontents to put in the internment camps that are already set up all across the country.

And I'll bet the food will be every bit as good as Dachau and Buchenwald.

wireguy,,,,that is exactly what I was referring to,,,,they are both BAD so I am not going to vote for either one,,,,now look what we have,,,,I agree that the repubs are not what I WANT,,,,but in a nutshell, they are,,so much BETTER than the alternative of the socialist/libs that are in control now because of this attitude,,,,mind you I am pointing at myself as well....

The problem, as I see it, is an apethetic attitude that we as Americans have,,,,we go through the "motions" of voting and exercising our Constitutional duties,,,,by just "waiting to see" what comes out of the primaries, and then casting our vote,,,,WE are part of the problem,,,,when we don't hold the rinos to the conservative platform of the repubs,,,,we end up with dem/lib lite,,,,they are libs with an "R" behind their name just because they were in a solid R area and would never win as a dem/lib,,,,case in point is John McCain in the last election,,,,he is NO way a repub and Sarah got him 50 to 60% of the votes cast for him,,,,not that Mr. McCain in not a great man,,,,just a poor example of a conservative against the LIBERAL,,,,so you get a BUNCH of R's staying home and by doing so we end up with a huge amount of liberalism/socialism in DC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While, "Perhaps we are approaching the place where new political entities with new platforms and new players is about to arise.", is a great thing to hope and wish for,,,,it will NEVER in our lifetimes due to the VAST amount of monies it takes to get elected,,,,and with no party machine backing you,,,,it will NEVER happen.

Do we need a "Conservative Messiah"? Yes, but we also need about 80 disciples in the house.

Have you seen the resolution introduced in the New Hampshire legislature "affirming States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles"?

    It reads in part:

"That any Act by the Congress of the United States, Executive Order of the President of the United States of America or Judicial Order by the Judicatories of the United States of America which assumes a power not delegated to the government of United States of America by the Constitution for the United States of America and which serves to diminish the liberty of the any of the several States or their citizens shall constitute a nullification of the Constitution for the United States of America by the government of the United States of America. Acts which would cause such a nullification include, but are not limited to:

    I. Establishing martial law or a state of emergency within one of the States comprising the United States of America without the consent of the legislature of that State.

II. Requiring involuntary servitude, or governmental service other than a draft during a declared war, or pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

III. Requiring involuntary servitude or governmental service of persons under the age of 18 other than pursuant to, or as an alternative to, incarceration after due process of law.

IV. Surrendering any power delegated or not delegated to any corporation or foreign government.

    V. Any act regarding religion; further limitations on freedom of political speech; or further limitations on freedom of the press.

VI. Further infringements on the right to keep and bear arms including prohibitions of type or quantity of arms or ammunition; and"

The full text can be read at the URL above.

There have apparently been similar resolutions introduced in the legislatures of a number of other states. There is some concern out there as to the intention of the current Democrat dominated government. It will be interesting to see if this and others pass.

But did America deserve a total takeover of the government by socailist Democrats, being thrust into massive debt, and devaluation of the monetary system in the name of "stimulus"? It is appropriate that the stimulus bill is being voted on on Friday the 13th.

Obama will go down as a DISASTER, but not before he and his liberal $#!^ head pals destroy the country! In 4 years you won't recognize what's left of this country, after he and the looney tune gang of liberals get through with it!
