    `Following are unpleasant truths we'd all prefer not to think about. Can we afford not to? Republican or Democrate is not the issue. Our country, as we now know it, is.

    Congress has decided that the American people will serve as the sponsors for these immigrants and pick up the tab for their support.

    Illegal Aliens Cause Massive Cuts For US Seniors

    1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year.

    2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

    I wasn't a big proponent of the Iraq war when it started either.

    But I do feel relieved to know that BinLaden is living in a cave somewhere, and Al Qaeda is on the run. Most of those sobs are dead and the ones left probably don't have time to figure out how to obtain a suitcase nuke.

    Think the war is expensive. Guess how expensive it would be if a suitcase nuke was detonated in midtown Manhattan, or at halftime outside the SuperBowl while the country was watching.
