what choke?

    I am shooting sporting clays tommorrow with my k80. I only have #8's to shoot with and it will be about 30 degrees. Need recomendations on what chokes to use if i can not change them during the shoot. For some reason I think that they don't let you change chokes during the shoot. Thanks Dan P.

    Are those the normal chokes that you use or do they change because of temperature and the hardness of the clays?

    I would go with anything in the .010 to .012 range (from barrel bore ID).

    Those are good chokes if you don't normally score above 85%.. at A and AA level you are good enough gun pointer to use tighter chokes to improve the 35+ yard percentages.

    Full, and super full! Especially if they are cold, biodegradable targets.

    Open chokes with 7 1/2's going fast. Worked for me....
