Wish I could speak German. That range is too cool.

10 Euros per round of 25 on the trap range. Today that equals about $12.25/round.

Looks like they have a 5 stand of sorts called "Compact Circuit" with a rabbit, crossers, incomers, etc... using 26 machines. Normal Skeet and Bunker with 15 machines.

Check out this line about training: "For optimal training provided by our professional trainer Mr shotgun deficiency and Mr. Tower."

I wonder how those lessons are from Mr. Shotgun Deficiency? Hopefully that is a function of Google translation and not an unfortunate name.

    :)

They used to shoot indoors at the Madison Square Garden. The sign behind the shooters states that Annie Oakley will be shooting at 4 and 8.

Cottage Grove Eugene Sportsmens Club is putting in for a $100 million grant to build one of these facilities. Any matching fund contributors out there?

How about using some of the huge airplane hangers on closed military bases?

It makes a lot of sense.

No lead problem - 100% reclaim and a revenue source.

Much better utilization of land -(no drop zone needed)

Can be located in urban areas - close to shooters.

    No noise issues with neighbors.

No wind, rain, snow, heat, cold, sun in your eyes, etc etc

It will cater to shooters who can afford it and make them feel special (superior?). You will not see any 870's etc there - and they will not want that "type" of clientèle.

    It will attract corporate functions.

What size building would it take to set up 1 trap range?

But how will trap shooters blame the wind, light conditions or background contrast for the targets they miss?

blkcloud, I agree it almost looks to good to be true. Here is their website with a bunch of pictures of the various areas. Quite a website and quite a place. It is in Ulm Germany and has been called the "Apple Store of Gun Clubs".

Probably have to have huge filtered ventilation systems for lead and products of combustion.

Indoor internatonal bunker trap, skeet, and doubles!

I once worked in the plant (as an outside contractor) in San Diego where cruise missiles were manufactured. It was awsomely huge, and no center supports. One could easily have turned it into an indoor trap facility. Dumb b******s tore it down.
