And I suppose it is never the reverse. If you check the weather you will know that it may be warmer in the north and cooler further south and two weeks later it is just the reverse. So compareing a forcast for a week doesn't really tell you anything.

If you check the average daily temps for both cities you will find about a 2 or 3 degree difference.

The weather for the last two years was no where near this hot. It can be hot anywhere. If anyone tells you it don't get just as hot in Ohio they are either fools or liers.

If you are not going to compare the same days, why even stay in the same month?

When August 15th rolls around, take a look at the weather almanac. Compare it then.

All of you care or you wouldn't be spouting back. Let it go, either way you will not change it, but you can prolong and encourage it.

JTA, in case you haven't, noticed the grand isn't held in Columbus or in Ohio.

Now that's a comparison I'd expect from FOX NEWS (Sparta) and

    ABC NEWS (Vandalia)

All I can say is a lot of folks from our club who have never gone to the Grand before the move just love Sparta.

I remember lots of parking hassles, motel problems, and unbearable traffic. Not to mention jetliners cruising by in front of you every so often.

So do whatever you have to do but for God's sake stop the damn constant crying.
