This shoot is already a lot of fun, a lot of work but a lot of fun as well. First, a big thanks to Phil Kiner, http://www.philkiner.com/ for donating some of his highly respected training videos for our Fun Casino in support of the Nevada SCTP. We also have received some items from Gamaliel, http://www.gamaliel.com for the Fun Casino prize table as well.

SoftTouch, http://www.softtouchstocks.com/ is sponsoring the Tuesday Singles and in addition to the Las Vegas Commemorative Belt Buckles, class winners will also each receive a $175.00 SoftTouch Gift Certificate good towards either a SoftTouch Recoil System or a 4-way comb installation.

Thursday Handicap is being sponsored by Pacific Sporting Arms, http://www.pacificsportingarms.com/ one of the premier target shotgun dealers in the nation.

Sign-ups are strong. We have shooters coming from Maine to Florida to Hawaii, 22 states and a couple of Canadian provinces in all. Make your plans early to get some good airfares. If you can get to Las Vegas and catch a cab to the Hilton, we take care of you from there.

If you have never been to a big shoot before, this is a good one to start with because while we take care of details like the hotel, transportation and gun storage, you can focus on shooting and having a good time at the new, incredible Clark County Shooting Park.

I was shooting at the Clark County Park last week.

It is amazing. The nicest Trap/Skeet facility I have seen. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I hope you have a great shoot, and many more to come in the future.

I hope you do this again next year as I didnt have enough time this year to plan for it.I already told the girlfriend that we will be going next year if it is to be held.Just not enough time to put in for the vacation time this year as that has to be done at my place of employment the first of the year.Sure sounds like a good time.

Thanks guys. The staff and the facility are first rate and have been great to work with. With the addition of Steve Carmichael as Manager of the entire facility, we know that the support we need for a large, successful shoot is going to be there. It is true that just seeing and shooting at the incredible facility is worth the trip.

I don't know if we will fill all 400 spots this year but we are going to work hard to have such a fun and competitive shoot this year that there will be a waiting list next year. We hope yo can join us.

If anyone has any questions, send me an email or PM or just call 800 498 8564 and talk to one of our Reservationists.

I just finished the Paralyzed Veterans trapshoot--Nevada Chapters stop Sunday March 6.

What a great facility! Lots of RV spots just across from the trap fields, all with full hook-ups. 24 traps with full skeet overlays. Five stand right behind the main building. Orange targets against the mountain side. Some guys commented on some of the targets getting lost in the buildings (far away but that was their comment. The wind can get you but that's the way it has always been in Vegas.

Great food in the cafe. Lots of nice people. Gun lockers available. Bring your own locks!!!!! 2 inch will do fine.

If you are coming to the club on your own, you can stay close by at either the Santa Fe Station or at the Aliante Station Casinos.

I stayed at the Rio. About 30 miles to the club at 8 am on Sat and Sun (26 miles).

I know that Steve will setup some great shots in the near future.
