    It won't be!!

Independent thinkers don't change their minds because of a Democrat plant, liberal activist woman who is nothing more then what Rush described her as!!

The October Surprise will be the liberal media dragging this all up again. It only has importance to liberals.

Wouldn't it be funny if the October Surprise winds up that Obama can't run!! because he is not a natural born citizen!!

If Rush is right, why is he caving and groveling making apologies in print and on the air? Mr. "No Balls" collapses again as his sponsors drop him. I hate seeing the Republicans looking to this "all mouth/no backbone" as a spokesman. Another so-called conservative Republican giving the 2012 election to that moron in the White House. Have some Oxycodone Rush and don't be a further embarrassment to the Republican party.

I can understand Rush's frustration with these sideshow attempts to deflect the issue of the economy away from Obama and instead focus on issues that hurt Republicans, especially with cherry picked testimony like this case. But he did not think this through and he wound up hurting himself and Republicans more than he did her and her Democratic handlers.

I cannot believe some whinney college legal student testified before congress that it was cost prohibitive for girls to get birth control. I just got back out of college, and taught at two others so my observation is based on current knowledge.

That promiscous womans testimony has two major flaws:
    1) It is just like the 1970's, there are multiple sources of birth control, and womens services, both publically funded and private organizations on any college campus. The religous colleges generally do not have them on the same property, but they exist a few blocks away.

    2) Birth control is not expensive! It is pretty rare for a college student to not have their own money for social activities, trendy sweatshirts, restaurant dining, weekend trips for social purposes. A package of pills or a box of rubbers costs $16., and as stated above, there are Multiple places to get them for free.

I am appalled that the American people seem to be rallying behind an Legal student that thinks the taxpayer should pay for the items of her immorality.
Pre marital sex is NOT a protected right in the U.S. CONSTITUTION!

Nobody stopped Rush from exercising his right of free speech. He is no different than anybody else. You can say anything you want, but you have to deal with the consequences.

Bill Maher took a lot of heat for his remark, but I don't think he lost any sponsors.

I guess Rush's sponsors were fair weather friends.

This 30 year old collage student(activist) final quote on World News Tonight interview was "it's not about public money". Then why was she propped up in a public forum by Nancy Pelosi demanding that someone else pay for her birth control?

I share many conservative views, even though I am middle-of-the-roader:
However, this "Man" is sick. For him to have a national audience is sad.
No, I never listen to him, but believe in freedom of speech, and, of course I saw his comments on TV.

Because of my respect for Women; our Wives, Daughters, and Granddaughters, I hope he is ousted from his job and I hope we never hear from him again.

This far, far, swing to the right goes waaaay too far. This isn't the Republican party of Reagan; it's become something else.......so sad.

In my copy of Webster's Dictionary, one of the definitions of the "C" word is any unpleasant or contemptible person, so I guess Bill Mahar could have been talking about himself. How about signing your names to your posts when you write how "tough" you are and the names you would call someone to their face. I doubt that few of you could carry on a conversation or debate with Rush without a lot of yelling and name-calling. I don't agree with Rush on everything, but in this case, in my opinion, he was correct but used a poor choice of words to express his views. Larry

It may have been Rush's bosses that made him apologize. Fox reports this same sponsor didn't do anything when those commentators on the left attacked Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachman. I don't remember who the sponsor was but our tactic should be to boycott that sponsors product and let them know we don't agree with their left leaning double standards. ed nichols

Well the libs certainly made this group stray away from the central topic. If they can keep America, particularly conservatives off balance (oh wait! that's what they're tryin to do) up through the elections Obama will walk right back into office.

What say we all get back to demanding that our Constitution, along with separation of Church and State be upheld regardless of the rantings of radio and talk show hosts, the media be damned.

In response to Parker Samuel, How can you respond to who Rush is or what he stands for when you say you have never listened to his show???? You show the mentality of every other cool aid drinking idiot liberal.

He said out loud what most were thinking.

I have listened to her talk before congress and it is mind numbing. She has been absolutley brought up in the entitlement mind set. I want it now and want it for free.

She and 1000's like her think they should have all for free, there is no accountability for actions proving detromental to ones health if the prevention is not given to them for free.

Heaven forbid going without those 30 Latte's you drink every month at 3 to 6 dollars a pop or the manicure and pedicure you pay for yourself instead of buying needed meds or in this case rubbers.

Boys and girls, this is only going to get worse before it gets better.

Yes some one above actually slammed rush and then said "No I never listen to him". I will stand behind Rush because the "content" of what he said is right. One way or the other the bare bones of what Rush says is always right. Can't take it or are to squeamish to admit it, don't listen. Yes I have daughters and yes what if? I would say listen to what Rush said about someone else paying for your safe sex.

I get a kick out of those who attack Rush and want to see him off the air!

Obvious, they don't listen to him, Rush has explained his apology and did it in a way anyone "listening" could understand!!

And yes Rick, IT was a STAGED event and a campaign ploy of the left.

The gal is what Rush explained her to be, now that some time and more information is OUT, SHE is worse then what has been said about her!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is Rush on the air? Because Liberals can't draw a audience! They try but have never succeeded and NPR don't count, its on air through taxpayers dollars! It would be off air tomorrow if the "funding" was cut off today!!

31 years old and still in college. In law school no less. She is following in the socialists footsteps. I doubt she owes a dime for college and doubt she has paid the first dime from her own pocket. Handouts are a way of life for libs.

I have to agree with Sam, (Parker Samuel) on this.

This guy thinks that just because he has worshipers following, and listening to him, that he can say whatever he wants without consequences. It is not a matter of Republican, or Democrat. It is a matter of moral judgement, and reality. From the different things that have been posted on here in this section it no wonder that the same people are on here thinking it was fine what he did, and said. No, it was not, to the majority of the sane society in which we live. It is one thing to disapprove of the policies, but to totally lose control and basically show your true inner self-indulging tenancies, attitude, and say the things he said, show the exact POS that he is, as a human being, and a contributor to a positive society. Not only the name calling and insinuations, but to say "we are entitled to watch", really! When he is a drug addict, it is a sickness. When someone else is a drug addict, they are useless and weak minded. If he, and all of his followers represent the Republican party, the Republican party is done. Is it no wonder that every Republican politician is running to get as far away as possible from this?

By the way "Birth Control Pills" are medically prescribed by physicians for various medical conditions. That is what this whole argument is about. It is not about contraception being paid for, it is about the prescription use of the labeled, "Birth Control Pill". So to insinuate, and say the things he did, is absurd. To now agree with him after the fact, is absurd.

Call me what ever you want, but the Democrats do not have to say a word. They should just shut up, and let the Republicans dig the hole they are digging just by talking. If you think the media is out to get you, stop giving them things to get you on! Now Mrs. Romney says, "I don't even consider myself wealthy". What? How far from reality can these people go? How do you think the average, middle of the road American would relate to this? Granted she added "it could be here and gone tomorrow", but I think most of us would be gone a little sooner.

It is absolutely fine what the far right says, and agrees with. In reality you have to look at what average middle American says, and thinks if you want to have chance at winning an election.

    Flame on!!!!! Jon
