1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

    HELLO:
I hurt my arm while in the service, and when I shoot I can not reach out and hold the standard Remington 8 inch forearm without experiencing a lot of pain. When I shoot I just hold the gun in front of the wooden forearm. Does anyone have an extended Remington 870 12 gauge wooden forearm that they are not using that I could purchase at a reasonable price, as I am on a budget? I think the extended forearms are about 11 inches long.
    Thanks,
    Steve Balistreri

Shooters have to be some of the most generous people in all of sport. I received a PM to call one of the regulars on this site. He requested that I do not give out his name. A few months ago I sent him a Jones adjustable butt plate that was laying around on my reloading bench. When I called him he said he had a brand new in the box Remington 870 extended length forearm that that he received in a gun deal. He has no need for it so he is mailing it free of charge. This is called one hand washing the other.
    Thanks buddy,
    Steve
