Wanted: Expert Witness (Firearms)

    Have you contacted the NRA offices? I'm sure they know plenty of qualified individuals who would pass the scrutiny required of a courtroom.

    Although I have served in the capacity of an Expert Witness in Forensic Firearms matters, it seems to me you might need the services of an Attorney specializing in Patent Law. He would probably retain a firearms expert. Where are you located?

    Research the 85% rule on Patent Infringement before you spend a lot of money.

    Also, in the firearms world, most "new" designs are rehashed versions of long established designs.
