    Could I take that down the highway? I sure wouldn't need to slow down when I would come upon a slow moving Yugo.

    Well, the top speed isn't all that great. But since it has rubber in contact with the pavement, that makes street legal almost everywhere.

    Ok, it's not that fast. Then I could still use it to run over that stalled Yugo and the traffic light. Or the Prius with a dead battery.
