1. We have added the ability for anyone to 'bump' threads that they have created. This is mainly useful in the classifieds area where posters constantly bump for sale threads to bring it to the top. This allows them the ability to do that without having to clutter the thread with extra 'TTT' and 'Bump' type posts. To bump it, go inside your thread and click on 'Thread Tools' at the top, then select 'bump'. You can bump only once per 24 hour period.

For more detailed information please see this post: Thread Bump Functionality.

  2. Attention: We have put together a thread with tips and a tutorial video to help with using the new software. Please take a moment to check out the thread here: Trapshooters.com Tutorial & Help Video.

I think we should go back to ties & suits to shoot. Add a little class to trap shooting. Plus, we could keep out the riff raff like BIGDON....

Hearing and I protection probably didn't exist back them. Perhaps just the filters on cigarettes if those even existed,

RFGA2 I think filtered cigarettes came out in the 50's and those pictures are just a little older than that!

Sara previously posted these wonderful images, and very few 'live action' pics exist from that era. The 5 nicely dressed women were shooting on "Ladies Day" at the Pahquioque Rod & Gun Club Danbury, Conn. August 15, 1915.

This image was likely staged, but the gentleman on Peg 1 appears to be ready to shoot. It was taken in 1900.

It appears the man seated in the middle of the Maywood Sportsman Club has the hammer pulled back on his gun!

    That's not an 1897 Winchester, it's a Marlin pump, probably an 1898.
