I watched the National Tribute to Veterans and had tears through most of it. Especially about the young lady whose Father was killed in vietnam when she was only three months old and though she was loved by her step father she just wouldn't give up in finding out about her real Father. Her Fathers best friend became a part of her life in a wonderful way. Sharing things they went through, just what a fine person her Father had been. While I thought on that it reminded me of the Friends I had lost and helped me remember the kinship we had with other military friends and the many families that I became a part of. People that never served will never know of the bonds we shared regardless of the branch of service. Thanks to all of you that have served or are serving.
