Just a thought. Would there be a market for on site ultrasonic gun cleaning at shoots?

I'd buy one if it was big enough for an OU receiver.

    Chad,

If your talking about cleaning guns.. YES!! Years ago there was a guy at a few of the shoots I attended and he always had a line of guys waiting to have their gun cleaned.

    The problem is time.

It takes a minimum of an hour to clean a gun completely and properly, and if you're a one man operation, you can only clean so many in a day.

How much will you have to charge to cover your tools and supplies, vendor fee, gas, motel, ect and still make a profit? Probably so much that nobody would be interested in paying it.

    Ian,

I can clean a receiver and trigger in 15 minutes in my ultrasonic to include lubricating it. If a barrel needs cleaning, I could take care of that while the receiver is in the ultrasonic.
