I have a double case of Peters Blue "Power Piston" 28 gauge shells #9 shot. Does anyone know what the value of these might be?

If you are talking collector value, IMO, there would be little to no premium paid for them.

If those hulls have the fiber base wad, they load about twice, and you will get wad debris in the bore. If they have the newer plastic basewad, they load maybe five times.

I don't know about you, but I scrounge any 28 hull and load it. Rio, Nobel, Cheddite, Fiocchi, Federal/Estate. STS or AA is a rare treat!
