Just wanted to share this. My work truck quit yesterday so I called a tow truck. Last night I got to thinking that the tow is covered under the ERS ( emergency road service) so I got online and in two minutes without talking to a soul I filled out a claim and the money for the tow was put into my account, no questions asked other than a time and date and a reciept inv # with name of tow compqany. USAA makes it easy as always. They are a top shelf company. On top of that I should get my annual dividend check soon

USAA is certainly a wonderful company. I felt well treated.

They offer good rates for our overseas Miltary Service folks.

Stateside their rates haven't been so great since around 1995.

I shopped around back then and saved money ever since.

My brother has stayed with them since 1976. He shopped around
last year and finally saw the light.

In fact you need to shop around every three or four years to stay
ahead of the game. Insurance companies have a habit of "creeping"
    their rates.

That money is better in your pocket than theirs.

They are a good company and if there claim experience is low during they year they give you subscriber savings account money back- as they did this year

How many insurance companies give the policy holders money back if their claims are low?

    Regards from Iowa

Couldnt agree more!! Have been with them for 25 years and they are top notch. Have a mortgage and credit card with them as well. Never a bad experience.

Once you've been with USAA for 40 years you get an extra distribution too. Once you leave them you or your heirs get your "subscriber" money back- my balance is currently $6,600.
