    define "Jams"

if it is failing to fully eject the hull, I've been fighting that for a while and finally solved it by removing the recoil spring and guide, cleaning them and the tube they fit in and then giving them a good lube up. Problem solved.

It could also be the gas ports in the barrel are carboned up a bit.

"per round of 25 pair" "pair" is the key word. You probably have the dreaded
twisted carrier syndrome. It has written about for several year on this
    and other forum.

If the second shell is getting stuck on the edge of the chamber the
fault is the carrier. Most 391 shooters have already changed the carrier from
the straight one that comes with the gun to the one originally made for the 390 which has a bend in it. That's the one you need. You can it from Coles Gunsmithing and you should order it with the lever and spring already attached.

I believe Tron has had some success putting the required bend is a straight
carrier. Anyway, that's most likely your problem.
(I fixed mine and never had a problem again.)
