Completely justified action by UPS guy - cut your bushes back.

I suppose he could have just set it on the bushes, but he did not want the box to get wet if it rained.

NO delivery man should have to wade thru your bushes, garbage or deal with big angry dogs etc. etc. etc. That said, NO delivery man should throw your package under any circumstances. He should have taken it back to HQ and told them it was undeliverable due to certain unsafe circumstances.

The UPS guy missed the walkway to the left in the frame.

I was at the ups counter one day, a elderly lady was shipping a crystal vase she had bought in the smoky mountains, she explained to the desk clerk about how fragile it was and bla bla bla.. he stamped fragile all over the box, she paid and left.. while I was standing there the ups truck rolls up, the guy comes in, walks to the counter, picks up the vase and actually throws it 30 some odd feet to the back of the store where the other boxes sat waiting for him..

UPS driver delivers an envelope package to a fellow shooter but leaves it on the front porch during a freeze 2 winters ago 3 days before Xmas . He steps out and right on the package , flys 6 ft in the air and comes down about 8 ft from the porch near the curb . Ends up with a multi fracture of the ankle and goes on disability after many operations . Losses his job , must use a can after a year with crutches , adding to this he has diabetes . Lawsuite in the proccessand he hasn`t seen any money yet . This isn`t fair as the driver could have set it to the side or just knocked on his door not right where he or his wife would step on it ??? Oh yeah and he hasn`t shot since then either .
