I had a guy give me 4pounds of what he said was International Clays. I run International and it looks like International, but it does not turn the velocity for a given weight/charge over the chronograph that is expected. I have never used Universal and didn't know if the marking were the same.

Powder color variations can change from lot to lot SLIGHTLY. Did he give it to you in the original bottle or did he hand it to you in a paper bag? 4# of powder is $50.00, if there is question is it really worh it.
