Beating the heat in North Florida! These cantilevered umbrellas worked out great!

Photos are of Tallahassee Rifle & Pistol Club. The umbrellas were $99.96 each through Amazon. Spent another $150 on PVC, concrete, & 20' of galvinzed pipe. We sure hated to take them down to shoot handicap today.

They are on a ball pivot at the top and swing slightly with the wind. I don't think we will use them in the heavy stuff, but boy were they great yesterday. For $650 it is a very cheap price to pay, but we are only a 1 house club. We will be able to shoot past 10:30 in the morning during the summer heat!

The umbrellas fold up nicely for storage. We plan on getting some kind of a little wagon to roll them back and forth from the bird house.

Still $3.50 a round for members and $5.25 for non-members. $15 per hundred for ATA (1st Sunday). We shoot practice every Saturday & Sunday starting @ 9:00 AM, so stop by.
