    Tron,

    Need some guidance about a Beretta AL391 Xtrema not the new Xtrema 2.
    Not sure if your familiar with them or if they all function the same?.
    Borrowed my original Benelli Super Black to a hunting buddy,(last year) he claim's it was stolen!. :) If it's magically recovered he want's to purchase it. I don't have a problem with that. I'd like to replace it with the above mentioned piece for Waterfowl.
    I think I've read where you shoot your's wet, how's that work in upper teen's
    for temp?. Do they all have the actuating rod's and ear's that I have read about?. Durable?. Any help appreciated.

    Thank's Don;

    They are excellent waterfoul guns! They really don't have a lot in common with the 391 as a namesake, because mechanically, they are quite a bit different. If you take off the forearm, you will notice that the recoil and return spring is under the forearm area, as opposed to being in the stock and in the stock is a recoil reduction device.

    They are very impressive as far as being a tough gun is concerned and have a reputation of handling a wide variety of loads. If I hunted a lot of waterfoul, I would most definitely own one.
