I had Tron replace the adjustable comb hardware in a used Alferman I bought. It might take multiple posts, but you won't believe the final product. Tron's got talent!......Really! Below is the old hardware.

I'll let Tron give you pricing cause it probably depends on the work involved.
I'm think'n he may have given me a discount cause I'm one of those Ohio "bastards" (per dverna).

For a guy from Michigan, he's got his act together.

That sort of work starts at $150 and may be a bit more if I have to mill special parts. That's a heck of an Alf you got thur Rosey.

I've owned the Alferman for only 2 weeks. Built like a tank, but they swing nice.

The work he did on my 682 stock came out equally nice. I'd agree that he does high quality work.

    Setterman,

Now don't get your panties in a knot. Wait until a Michigan shooter wins that car at the Ohio State and puts a huge "M" on it before driving it home. Then you "bastards" can stew!

Tron did a heck of a job on my gun too. For a little runt he does OK.

Tron is pretty smart too. He practices his art on Ohioans - gets all the bugs worked out - then offers the finished product to decent folks.

Seriously, your gun looks great. Hope you enjoy it. One thing for sure, Joe will back his work 100% if you ever have a problem. I met Tron on TS,com and found out I live 10 minutes from him. He was the guy who got me into this crazy game 4 years ago.

Don, Last time I looked, my panties were not in a knot, or even a twist for that matter. I don't wear panties.

Hope one of you "SOBS" from Michigan win that Yugo, Cobalt, or whatever they're giving away. You are welcome to stop by my place for a cold one on the way home. I would like to take some pictures of the "M" mobile.
I like all trapshooters, (even BIGDON) as long as you are a conservative, shoot full choke on singles, shoot 7 1/2's on handicap, can spell decent, and don't talk about 7/8oz bunker loads. As you can see, I ain't picky.

I also liked the "grain" Tron picked out for Kitty's coat. Perfect AAA tabby.

All kidding aside Don, anytime someone does a nice job for me, I want other people to know it. Sometimes it's hard to find that mechanic you can depend on.
    Tron deserves a plug.

kraiza, did you notice how Tron cleaned up the wood too? He also took the Gracoil apart and serviced it. I didn't ask him to do it, but he did.

    Special service.
