Trigger point?

    What is the trigger poin't ? Or average for here in Wi.? Thanks Butch H

    I believe that the Central Zone's break point is 91. If it isn't that, it's 90.

    the “trigger point” for each Zone (Eastern, Southern, Western, Southwestern Zone
    are currently 90.0% Central Zone is 91%)

    What exactly is the Trigger Point ? Is it the average handicap score of all shooters in that Zone during a period of time ? 90 sounds like a high average.
