Seventy-five members, family, and guests attended Tri County Trap Club’s Annual Awards Banquet at the Villa in Orange. While dining on a delicious meal we were entertained by a slide show of our last year’s shoots. Thank you Mark Effle and Bill Blankenship.

We had $3,000.00 in very nice door prizes. Everyone there won at least one prize and many were lucky enough to win 2. The door prize shoppers were Marsh Hauge, Brian Donahue, Gordon Childers and Charles McPhee all along with help from friends and family. Thank you!

There were two drawings for a choice of 100 boxes of Remington Gun Club shotgun shells or $600.00 in cash. The first was drawn from the tickets we sold over the past months and the winner is George Drllicka. Congratulations George! The second was drawn from the members who sold at least 10 tickets. The winner for that drawing was Marsh Hauge. Congratulations Marsh!

The 12-point buckle winners, awarded to those who earned at least 12 points over the 2007-2008 shoot year, are as follows:

Brian McCormick, 37 points, (a new club record number for points), Gordon Childers 32 points, Dianne Savage 31 points, Charles McPhee 29 points, Mark Effle 27 points, Bill Blankenship 26 points, Scott Ackerman 25 points, Greg DeWitt 24 points. Brian Donahue 24 points, Russel Hawes 22 points, Jim Hammond 21 points, Jim Irvine 21 points, Ryan Grant 18 points, Paul McIntosh 18 points, Jerry Preston 17 points, Joey Chantry 16 points, Candy Hammond 16 points, Tom Hartkopf 16 points, Terry Frederick 14 points, Larry Haugen 14 points, Tom Littlefield 14 points, Duane Scott 14 points, Joe Garrison 13 points, Cliff Wagner 13 points, and Doug Zuhse 13 points.
