    Leo's article in this issue is a departure from his usual...he goes out on a limb and outlines the changes he would like to see made, if he was the absolute Tsar of the ATA.

    Guess "out on a limb" was a poor choice of words, my mistake. Leo usually keeps his personal opinions pretty quiet, so this was a departure for him. I think it is sometimes fun to see a different side of him (OK, ok, I know there are several sides to a guy of his size, so no wise cracks!)
