So my little niece is going to college in Kansas and she just sent me a message to tell me that she's taking trapshooting for PE. How cool is that? That would never happen in California. I hope she loves it as much as I do.

My stepson had teh opportunity to take trapshooting as PE in college. He is going to Cornell in Ithaca NY. He took bowling instead.

The fact that she is there on a meat judging scholarship is slightly more interesting to me than that they offer trapshooting as a class.

does she have an ag background? Where and or how was she involved in meat judging and evaluation prior to going to college there to earn the scholarship?

It's about inspecting meat to make sure it's not contaminated. It's a USDA scholarship.

I go to school at Fort Hays in Kansas and we have a competitive Team a club and have a few classes that have them out on the trap field.
