Trapper Wads

    I have a bunch of 12ga. trapper wads just wondering if they can be used in place of winchester oranage wads ?

    I have some and do use them in place of AA's just to get theml used up.

    Had some years ago. They were very hick and stiff in the winter. I haven't seen them advertised in years. Nothing wrong with them really.

    I bought a local distributor out. They work with 1 1/8 oz in Eurotrash and Fed hulls, 1 oz in Rem hulls, and 7/8 oz in AA hulls, with a bulky powder like Solo 1000.

    Load them to 9000+ PSI, and they work fine.
