Try the Clays vest at Cabelas. I have one, and it's a great value for the money. It has a soft leather pad, and plenty of pocket room.

You can also check with NICA, and a few others. They handle Wild Hare, and other brands. There's also the possibility of a custom-made one.

    Best,
    Dennis

30 years of shooting, 15 or so vests of several different sizes.

Using a Browning now, and like it just fine. Not the most expensive, rather middle of the road.

I think I paid about 60 bucks. I like the fact it has a rear pocket for empties which is nice for doubles, leaves 4 front pockets available for different shells and spares.

    Dennis,

Will a box of shells (in the box) fit in the pocket of a Cabela's vest?

Anything from Storm Shooting Apparel is great - they got vests and coats and John is a great guy to do business with!

I like Cabella's vests. Also I bought two from Doc Rively that I like alot. Beretta makes a nice looking vest as well.
