I am looking for a shoe that would be good for balance. Little bit of a balance problem with any sneakers I put on. They seem to have bubblies in the shoes. I have a problem with them. Want to more solid. Does anyone have any ideas. Jerry

Don't laugh but the best Trap shoes I have found are these Vans skateboarders shoes. They have a completely flat bottom and work great on the line for a perfect flat foot stance.

Personally I think any shoe that is comfortable will do. With that said, I like these:

This winter I bought and shot with the Merrells also. They are waterproof, warm, and more comfortable then any pair of sneakers I have ever owned. I just worry that when the weather gets warmer they will be too hot. If you catch the merrels on sale they can be a great value. At christmas time and with a reciept I paid $90.

The Merrels are wonderful. Most comfortable shoe I have ever owned and even though they are a sneaker type shoe they are pretty waterproof also. Love the slip ons. I also have a pair of Skechers I like a lot

As grntitan mentioned, check into Skateboard shoes. I've been wearing them for Trap for some 5 years now and they are perfect for the game. My Sons both skateboard quite a bit and we all have the same shoe size, so I'll often just slip on a pair of their shoes and go out shooting. If you go to a skate shop, you can often find deals, like the pair in the picture (50% off).
