Starting next week, I am going to be spending the Winter in Imperial County CA, El Centro, to be exact. Don't ask me why, it's a wife deal and I love her. Is there any trap action there? I am betting NOT! How about Yuma AZ, 60 miles away? When I got talked into this deal I was thinking Miramar, San Diego, OH YAY. Guess what? gyrine

Ajax does shoot in a valley. A very deep valley. Just look at his scores if you don't know what I mean. LOL

Redlands Shooting Park is the very active with ATA. Great range. I believe there are also ranges in Havasu in Arizona, many in Phoenix area, a small club in Yucca Valley California, etc.

There is a small club just north of Westmoreland, Ca, which is about 20 miles from El Centro. Just go into any of the gun stores (2 or 3 of them) in El Centro and they will point you in the right direction. When in the big city, come on out to Project 2000 in El Cajon. Or if you are into some really tough birds, PM me and I will get you onto our private club in Alpine...good luck in what we foundly call the DESERT...LarryB
