currently have a very faded shade of remington green on our houses. and every house i've ever seen has always been a shade of green, brown or gray. except for one range that had red houses trimmed in white. looking for ideas on color schemes. thanks

How about bright orange with black trim!

But black works well if you need to seal the roof, as asphaltic roof sealers are also black. Some of our traps are wider than what the ATA currently specifies, so the ends (wall and roof) beyond the specified dimension are painted grass green.

Our trap houses are traditional green. But here is how the recent renovations worked out.

What do I know? It appears that our trap houses are the same ccolor other than the shot marks.

Most are flat or semi gloss Forest Green but Black sounds interesting also with a usual black roof but green blends better with most grass covering . We put a black mulch around ours so we could consider black next time around .

Just for a bit of fun, you could paint a small bullseye on the back side of the trap houses. It just might get a chuckle or two out of some of the shooters that have had a pull-through.

International orange so when the release trigger guys blast the house they can claim it looked like the target.

PS I am only picking on the release guys because they (he) are the ones that have "bead blasted" our houses. LOL

Our trap houses have black rubber roofs and the wood trim and block are painted Hunter Green in satin finish.
