I have a Florida CCW. My wife has decided for her own reasons not to get a CCW. In Florida you can keep a loaded firearm in the glove box & consul.

She wants to know how can she legally carry the gun from our condo to her car ? If the gun is unloaded in the factory box that should work or if its unloaded in her gym bag. Looking for some Fl LEO to voice an opinion.

In Va if you can't get tom it with ease its alright. In other words you have to get the case out and unrape the gun from a cloth its not at ease. Just as long as you can't grab the gun and pull it out and use it.

The best thing to do is to call or go to your local Police/Sheriff's Dept. to make sure you get the correct, current information. Make sure you write down the person's name that you got the info from, just in case. BIG JIM
