    What would the best source of instruction be for someone looking to improve?
    Wall chart?, Videos?(Which one), Clinics? Thanks

    Too much of the above clouds the mind and makes you think when you need to reflex. Stand on post 3, with the trap set to set straight aways. Work on timing, work on sight picture, work on breaking every target, work on getting your mind used to seeing broken targets.......practice, practice, practice.

    It depends on what you want to improve. Without knowing what your problem is its difficult to prescribe the proper medicine.

    It's like going to the doctor and telling him you need a prescription..........but he doesn't know what for.
