Thought I rented a trailer for the Grand thru RentaRVnow.com ..... turns out that this is a scam. Do not use this website to try an rent an RV.

I don't know...somehow "Rent a" instead of "Rent an" wouldn't sit well with me in the first place.

    Do you fly RV planes?

Yes...I used to fly an RV-6A that I built. Six years of building, five years of flying...sold it about 3 yrs ago. Walt Hastings

You should always consult a professional about travel arrangements. :)

Very cool, Walt!!! Expensive, but fun. My brother and I built one together. He ended up crashing it beyond reasonable repair. That ended it for me.

    Recurvy, which is correct----

    Rent a rv, or
    Rent an rv?

Just wondering if we had different English teachers.

If you use the acronym, then you would say "Rent an RV". If you say the whole two words, it's "Rent a Recreational Vehicle".

You will probably not make many trapshooting friends if you use the latter phrase.

Check out the website above for a fine explanation of why your english teacher should not have been teaching English (look at the example of an SOS).

Remember the song? It wasn't "Sending out a SOS".
