    Scott You are my hero!!! Thanks a ton!! My question is what did you use for the shot separator in your set up? I see it turning and I can handle the mechanics. Where did you get the right size screen for the process? I am set to make 71/2's on one of Jim's machines and have everything else worked out.

    i drilled the holes in a 5 gal pail, then debured, then redrilled the holes. it took forever but workes well.

    this isn't finished yet but workes great.

    I should think it would take a while!!! Would you remember what drill size you used for 7 1/2's. I have the time.

    1st pail use number bit close to .100 this holds large junk
    2nd pail use bit close to .925 this holds 7.5's
    3rd .875
    4th .825
    5th .775

    hope this helps
