    thank you for the most informative post on identifing a trap gun. i believe what i have seen is a post 1915 flues with problems. the action appears to have a lot of wear and tear. the lever will not stay to the side when gun is unbreeched. cross bolt appears to be very worn. gun has been refinished blued and cheap wood replacement. if it was not for the vent rib i would say the gun had been in a fire and refinished. i'll have to stay with rode hard and put up wet. can parts be bought for this gun?
