TMX History

    When was the TMX last produced.What was the difference in a TMX Special. Is the special a better gun. I am looking for a TMX in nice shape w/non choke tubed barrel.Thanks for the help.

    This is an early "Special". Mfg in 88 (as I recall the year code). Shoots quite well.

    NICE MIA. I have a TMX Special that you redid the comb and adjustable butt pad on. Receiver still out for service. Can't wait to start shooting it. Dave T. P.S. I'm sending you a PM shortly about other work for me.

    DAve. I'm not sure where the original poster went. But I have to tell ya, the TMX became redundant and out of vogue when the TM9X came out. I bought the above gun to sell, it didn't, I re-furbed the blue, it still did not sell. I decided to shoot it and like it so much it may become my rest of my shooting career shooter.

    I still would like a MX10 top single, but the balance on my TMX is just terrific. My daughter shoots another nearly same gun as well.

    Stay in touch as you project rolls along. Another fellow has asked about a Special trigger for sale. I'm offering hem and others my gold Allem Special. I'll put a pic up on this thread in the next hour.
