I was reading some posts from 1/8/2010 about titanium vs. stainless steel. One person commented on how Ruger may be the only place to have gun parts cast out of titanium. I work at a foundry in Phoenix, AZ and we have the capabilities to cast titanium as well as stainless steel. I just wanted to relay this to the firearm engineers on this site. Please consider dropping me an email if you are interested in titanium. Be advised that pricing can be an issue unless you have large quantities of items you need cast. We use the lost wax casting process and molds, to inject the wax replica of your part in, can cost a bit. I would be happy to hear from you. Thank you.
