As the race for President draws closer I think the least we can do for all our liberal posters on our site is give them a hand coming up with an excuse for the loss of obama/biden. Unless they get the newsletter telling them what to say, they are going to be stumped.

It was the Rev.Wright that did us in.

It was joe biden, everytime he opened his mouth, we looked stupid.

    It was ............

    My Arab ancestors.

    The lies I told.

The hundreds of thousands of dollars I took from Fannie and Freddie.

The company I kept, like the good Rev Wright and Rezco and the Jr. Unabomber.

My wife that only became proud of the United States after I decided I could trick the American people into electing me Pres.

If I had only not said that everyday citizens cling to God and their guns.

If I could explain how I could amass $5,000,000 on the salary of a community organizer.

If I had only sent my brother in Africa a few bucks so he could move out of that mud hut and have the money for food.

If I hadnt let the cat out of the bag about my Muslim upbringing.

    There's more---LOTS more.

They will go with "racism." It's the standard narrative. Even the little marching robot "Trappy" has got this one memorized.

I can just hear the talking-face TV announcers now:

..."As I look at these shocking election returns tonight, Bob, the unsuccessful end of the Most Historic Presidential campaign in American History, the first African-American to ever run for President, I'm just struck by one thing, and that's just how much more reconciliation, how much more racial healing still has yet to be done in this country, how much farther we still have to go, to reach that promised land...it looks like we still have work to do...back to you, Bob..."

Obama losing won't be racism... it will be that he's an inexperienced lying Marxist.

The bad thing is we will miss the First Lady who can "finally be proud of America".

Kerry's wife was a better choice.

The reason he lost the gun owners vote could be this e-mail reply to one of our posters question on where he stood on "gun control".

Senator Obama's reply was as follows:

    Dear Friend,

Thank you for contacting me about gun laws and the Second Amendment. I appreciate hearing from you on this important issue. Americans broadly agree that guns must be kept from those who may pose a threat, and that the rights of legitimate hunters and sportsmen should be protected.

We must work to ensure that guns do not fall into the hands of criminals or the mentally ill through an effective background check system. We also have to strike a reasonable balance between public safety and sportsmen's rights.

I will continue to work for effective gun laws, including reinstatement of the assault weapons ban that the last Congress allowed to expire, and effective law enforcement. I will also speak out against the culture of violence that traps so many of our young people.

To learn more about my plans to support the rights and traditions of sportsmen, please click here:

Thank you again for contacting me on this important issue.

    Sincerely,

    Barack Obama

    That's enough for me.

I'll bet zumbo gave a sh*t. LOL, It's a shame the same kind of thing couldn't happen to this guy.

37 days and you can thank the rest of us for protecting YOUR rights. On second thought, no thanks is wanted. Just be on your way.

I had to go back and double check his post.

I never heard of a "band" called assault weapons. I would have bought their CD.

trapshooter421, so jerked that you couldn't type the correct word huh? Wait, it's going to get better. 37 more days and you won't be able to see straight.

Make that, you won't be able to see 2str8.

These guys make it WAY too easy. LOL

In a move that could help increase home ownership rates among minorities and
low-income consumers, the Fannie Mae Corporation is easing the credit
requirements on loans that it will purchase from banks and other lenders.

The action, which will begin as a pilot program involving 24 banks in 15
markets -- including the New York metropolitan region -- will encourage
those banks to extend home mortgages to individuals whose credit is
generally not good enough to qualify for conventional loans. Fannie Mae
officials say they hope to make it a nationwide program by next spring.
Fannie Mae, the nation's biggest underwriter of home mortgages, has been
under increasing pressure from the Clinton Administration to expand mortgage
loans among low and moderate income people and felt pressure from stock
holders to maintain its phenomenal growth in profits.

''Fannie Mae has expanded home ownership for millions of families in the
1990's by reducing down payment requirements,'' said Franklin D. Raines,
Fannie Mae's chairman and chief executive officer (and current Obama
advisor) . ''Yet there remain too many borrowers whose credit is just a
notch below what our underwriting has required who have been relegated to
paying significantly higher mortgage rates in the so-called subprime
    market.''
