    The only people who would not vote for it would be the clowns who voted for Obama, they obviously like the separation between them and their leaders ...
    Funny how now that Obama is in very few people admit to voting for that Clown ... WPT ... (YAC) ...

    I may be wrong, but I believe you'll find a constitutional amendment is voted on by the U.S. Congress and state legislatures only.

    A constitutional amendment is sumitted to the states by congress. Each state votes. If approved by the people in two thirds of the states it becomes law. I think there is a 10 year limit to get states approval.

    I would certainly vote for it!! Let those clowns in government see what it feels like to have no or very little insurance coverage. It'as scary but, of course, they make so much money, wouldn't scare them. They should be paid like union people, so much per hour for skill trained for.
