'71 Toyota FJ40, modified with a Chevy 350 using a Mark's of Australia conversion kit. We use it for hunting, camping and exploring. The tires are 33 x 12.50 x 15s, and we've forded in water well over the top of the tires. Many of the "roads" we've been on would have torn up a modern SUV.

'71 Chevy C20, with 1 ton running gear, part of a Camper Special option. Rear axle is an Eaton, which is stronger than a 14 Bolt. The 4.10 gears and 454 V-8 give it atrocious gas mileage, but it gets up and goes.

'65 TBird. The picture looks better than it really is. Runs decent.

My old '69 Cobra. Stopped racing it over two decades ago, and it's been in a barn ever since. This is a recent photo, taken while we're transferring it between barns. The body is straight, it's just dirty. Need to get this on the road, but I have a '51 Dodge M37 army truck in the garage that needs to get finished first. (Sorry, not photos of it.)

Hey ljutic73 I had a 72 Chevy truck like yours only in 4wd. I still have an original owners manual around here for one somewhere. If you need one let me know and I will look for it and send it to you. Nice American cars and trucks guys, thanks for posting pics! Steve

My Kompressor. She's pretty mundane-looking, but she's faster than my son's corvette.
