Rest assured this is NOT MY PHOTO and I wish I knew who should get the attribution. But I hope it's the picture you're looking for. Just click/grab and move to your desktop and you should have it.

That is a beautiful picture. It's a shame that place was closed.

It's on our screen saver...and always will be. I think the caption "Vandalia the Last Morning" is perfect.

Mornen---To figure out who's picture and to save as background, do this---

Mouse over picture--right click--when tab comes up--click on properties--the picture info is there.

Following above directions--click--set as background--the picture should now be your background picture.

Same as above---click--save picture as--rename the pic or just click it in--it should now be in your photo album.

    Hope this helps. Steve

Thanks for posting this picture. Non shooters will not appreciate this picture as much as we do. Just looking at this picture gives me goose bumps. The history, the past all time greats that shot there, the stories they could tell. Like all good things that come to an end, we are left with memories. I sincerely hope that someday the young shooters of today will think of Sparta with the same amount of reverence as what this picture stands for to us older shooters.

I have a large framed copy that hangs on the wall over the dresser in my bedroom.

I started Trap during November of 2005 so I never had the fortune of shooting at Vandalia.

Regardless, my knowledge of the history there, and the significance of that last morning has a large impact on me.

But if you post up an e-mail address I'll make an exception.....just this once, cause somebody here did it for me.

This is a fantastic picture, for any shooter who has never shot at the home grounds of Michigan Trap Shooter Assoc. in Mason MI. this could easily be mistaken for it, right down to the tree line on the right and the water tower on the left.
Better yet the back ground at the MTA is field and woods vs. airplanes.

Hi All---I forgot to mention that before one sets this picture as new background picture---

Mouse over your old background picture--right click--on tab--click save picture as--and save the old picture before it is deleted and replaced by the new picture. Click--save picture as---on the tab. One might have to rename picture.

    Darn. Steve
