    Liability. They want to make sure that anything they say doesn't come back to cost the organization $ from litigation. Or so I'd guess.

    CYA sounds about right. I always thought Sherrod was an up front above board kind of guy but he has held more ES's than anyone else. I have to ask why?JRM
