Yesterday I took a .223 resizing die back to the Hornady factory that I had ruined (totally my fault). I bought this die set some 20yrs. ago. I asked to speak to Todd Knect. When Todd came up front to the lobby, I sheepishly handed him the die. Todd smiled, shook his head and said that he would be right back. When he returned he handed me a brand new "New Dimension"custom grade die. No charge. Thanks, Todd and Hornady.

By-the-way, I'm still loading on the same DL 366 that I purchased in 1974.

My gas assist piston failed on my 366 after about 5000 rnds. The sent a new
one at no charge. About a week ago I used up my last wad guide, called and
they sent me 2 new ones, no charge. I agree great people.

I have a couple of Pacific loaders that were willed to me sometime back that I'm still trying to wear out. Those 366's and 266's are built to last several lifetimes.

Hornady's service is excellant as well.
