From the Amarillo Gun Club, many, many thanks to our friends from the Palmer Gun Club and throughout Zone I for a great Zone Shoot. The Zone shoot numbers were up about 20% from the previous shoot - an encouraging sign for what appears to be a healthy and growing state zone. Of course our out of Zone and out of state shooters always make shooting in Amarillo extra special -we hosted shooters from TX, NM, OK, KS, and even CO!

Thanks to all who manned the scoring chairs and loaded houses for our Friday relim events.

Thanks also to those who have made financial contributions to the Amarillo Gun Club and the Zone. The AGC was proud to show off its new Pat-Traps, which would not have been possible without some finacial help [a bunch still needed!] and the labors of Charlie Henderson, Steve Camarata, Charlie Smith and our line staff in getting the machines installed in time for the Zone. And we cannot forget the Palmer Gun Club coming to the rescue with extra voice pulls.

The past few weeks have been an example of shooters pulling together and getting to enjoy the results first hand. Thanks to all.

Thanks to the Amarillo Gun Club for the great hospitality and professionally run shoot. I have never seen results posted so quickly!!! Everything ran so smoothly, the targets were great, and everyone made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back. Even with today's gas prices, it was worth the trip. Thanks again!!

A very well run shoot. The BOD and the volunteers did a great job. Now if you could have just figured out a way to turn off the wind machine on Saturday. LOL.

    Thanks for your efforts.
