I don't have a Dixie Special but, do own a Mono Gun and a Pro 3, they are wonderful guns. Great balance and lock time. Can't imagine what it would be like to have to rely on a gun that does not have Ljutic reliability, they are indestructible.

I don't have to imagine what it would be like having to rely on a gun with less reliability....I remember what it was like. You simply had to travel with a "back-up" gun. Then I got my first Ljutic....problem solved.

I feel you Dixie Special 25. I have a unique one as well in my ARS serial #013. I also have a TMS that I like as well. However, I shoot the TMS and then shoot the Ljutic and just go AAHHH! The Ljutic is that nice.

I own the beautiful Dixie Special #4 which I would sell to a good home. Stainless pull trigger, 100% POI, wood upgrade, RH rollover stock, adj comb and butt, 95% condition, $4500.
