    Dont know about Jersey, In California I havent seen one.

    contact davis shooting sports (http://www.davisshootingsports.com will get you a number). They are close to the NY/NJ border, and i'd bet they could tell you.

    Even IF it were legal, they would make it quite difficult to obtain one, I'm sure.

    Some states are classifying them as a sawed off shotgunt.Not the case in nj tho found out it is legal because it has rifling thanks Don
