stripper for sx-1 stock

    Ken, I did several of the SX-s in the '70s and I just bought stripper off the shelves at the Ace Hardware. Then I'd warm the stripper and the stock out in the sun for an hour or so. I'd paint it on and let it sit out in the sun for another while and then used a flexible putty knife as a scraper. There could well be better products out now but it worked for me.....Bob Dodd

    I was hoping that it wouldn't be too hard to do, looks like I should be able to handle it. Going to put oil finish of some type on it. Thanks Ken

    To some it might be a good edea but without the stock it would hurt shooting it
    and if the wife found out it could kill me. LOL Ken
