Jim and I need the help of fellow trapshooters, on Sunday night June 20th someone stole our utility trailer from the trailer storage area at Silver Dollar, yes it had a lock on it. They cut the lock and took the trailer. In the trailer were several items that would be of no use to anyone but a shooter. (3) hornaby reloaders, (10) bags of shot, (2) 55 gal trash cans full of once fired AA hulls. (1) 5000 watt generator plus a number of items used in gardening, and several totes of Xmas items.

If anyone hears of any of the above for sale, please let me know, I would really appreciate it. I know it is highly unlikely that any will be recovered, but we can hope.

    Thanks everyone,
    Diane Foster

The lock was a master lock, I wish we had put a better one on, never had any problem till now, Yes the hulls were 12 gage and the shot was (4) 7 1/5 and (6) 8 shot. Just wanted people to keep their ears and eyes open.
    thanks, Diane

I would think they stole the trailer not what was in it. The items are valuable but the trailer is worth the most money they might just dunp the reloading stuff as they will not know what to do with it. I use a ball lock on my trailer it goes into the hitch and the trailer can not be hooked up with it in place.

With the amount of crime that exists in Pasco county & the neighboring counties a theft like yours will be on the back burner for quite a while. They are currently using all their assets looking for a killer of two Tampa police officers. Crime goes hand in hand with a depressed economy in a depressed area. The only people who have any money in Pasco county are those who made it someplace else & brought it with them.

An article in a Florida paper this past winter was about a rash of stolen trailers in North Florida. I assume they are an easy sell.
