    When someone lists a stock measurement as 1 3/8 x 1 3/8 x 2 1/4, what does
this mean and how do you take these measurements? I need to know if this
is compatible with a Perazzi MX2000 trap unsingle factory stock.

    Thank you,
    Johnpic

The 1 3/8" measurements indicate the distance of the front and back of the comb below the rib. Identical measurements indicate the comb is parallel with the rib.

The 2 1/4" dimension is the distance of the top of the recoil pad, the heel, below the rib indicating that the stock is a Monte Carlo design.

    John,

With the exception of stock length and the grip's dimensions, stock dimensions relate to the rib or bore axis.
