    You may not be shooting up to your full potential. Unless you are using the correct gun mount, body posture and stance (shooting form), you probably have the potential of shooting much better.

    Trap shooting form is the most evolved of the shooting forms. Trap shooting is sometimes referred to as target shooting with a shotgun and explains the importance of using a gun that fits your individual size and shape to allow you to use the correct form. If you gun does not fit, you cannot use the correct form. It's as simple as that.

    Scoring well is more fun than scoring poorly. Improving as you shoot is also more fun than shooting the same scores month after month, year after year.
